GM -Network planning

· Own design & planning for all Fixed Access & Broadband Access Network & solutions based on Fiber or Copper, covering a variety of B2B and B2C services for Voice, Data & Video. To cover full footprint of 87 towns where TM services are already present and expansion of these services in other areas. · Prepare planning design of the FTTH Network for supporting B2B, B2C next generation services as per the circle geography and business requirements · Proactively plan network expansion, both in reach and capacity, by interacting with Sales team and analyzing forecast information available. · Capex Planning/Control and AoP preparation for the Pan India broadband network which include the FTTH and copper access network. · Control and guide the Fixed Access equipment Capex for Coverage, Capacity and Service enhancement. Recommend for approval from technical stand point of view for PAN India networks.· Introduce new products & services using latest technical developments and work with business to create complete echo system to enhance productivity of Fixed Access resources.· Techno-commercial analysis of various solution options, business case analysis, suitability and benefits.· Responsible for New technology validation, field trials and service designs· Responsible for RFP preparation, Evaluation & Recommendation· Preparation of Network design & Service planning ,Equipment planning and provisioning guidelines.· To evolve fixed access network architecture, control & review capex, capacities & network performance, manage partners and facilitate governance of access networks across India. Ensure network design compliance to long term defined architecture. Audit for compliance of process and guidelines

Head-Operation & Maintenance -Delhi NCR Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of the Airtel’s Transport network ( ISP and OSP ) in NCR region which include Mobile backhaul SDH , CEN , Voice ,DSL & IPTV across Delhi NCR region in managed network scenario with Alcatel-Lucent as partner. Synopsis of the Network Maintained.OFC Network  -  3500KM +Copper Network -  2500KM +Transmission Network Element   4000 +Access Network Boxes  6000+Transport Media for   4500 + 2G Sites      2500 + 3G SitesManaging and Reviewing 5 Top OEM Vendors  Job Responsibilities · Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of the OSP ( Fiber & Copper ) and ISP ( Transport Equipments) of Delhi NCR circle.· Responsible for the uptime of 3500 KM Fiber and 2500 KM copper network spread across 5 cities of NCR which include Delhi,Noida,Gurgaon ,Faridabad and Ghaziabad.· Review and Monitoring the performance of the Managed service Partner against the Defined KPI of the both OFC and ISP network.· Detailed analysis of all Outage instances in the network and suggest preventive actions & ensuring the implementation· Responsible for Infra Uptime of the Core and Acess Sites Across NCR towns.· · Ensuring timely Rent, Energy payment of all Sites including Core and Access sites all Across NCR by coordinating with internal Functions.· Interface Govt and private authorities field permission related issue· Driving Managed Service partner for the Improvement projects/ activities related to network O&M.· Capex and Opex optimization by controlling network expenses and optimum use of available resources. · Monitoring and Approval of All change request in the network and ensuring the smooth execution with proper documentation.· Preparation of the AOP for the Circle in coordination with Central Opex Control teams.· Coordinate with NOC,OEM Vendors and OSP O&M team for resolution of critical technical issues
