dontknow is a Reality and a First Principles Exploration Project. What Principles, Ideologies, Organisational structures, Systems and People make an Idea a reality? Simply put - What does it really take to invent the future? What does it really take to build new realities for humankind? What’s the journey of something new and radical to become common place and deeply integrated to matter-of-fact common life? Can there be better ways (of organisations, policies and principles) on this journey? A way which is practical, considerate and good for all stakeholders involved? What could effective capitalism and policy reform look like for this to happen? dontknow is an Art word. What you make of it is subjective. What does hearing/reading ‘dontknow’ evoke in you? Let me know :) For me - It’s reinstates humility, the ability to relook and relearn everything from first principles. The fundamental fabric of our society is changing at an incredible pace - The cost and value of Intelligence, Knowledge and Access is going to become negligible because of Ai and other technologies. What don’t we know and need to know to build in such uncertainty? IIC is an Impact consulting org, part of UChicago's Harris School of Public Policy 1. Deployed to help Development Economist, Karthik Muralidharan build and scale a Governance reform idea in India called CEGIS (Center for Effective Governance of Indian States) funded by BMGF, Co-Impact and others. Employee number 4 here. 2. Part of a 5 member team that designed Indian Govt's first performance based contract regularisation framework impacting 13,000+ Frontline workers. Currently being replicated for 1000’s of other workers across Healthcare, Agriculture and others across 4 other Indian States. 3. Conceptualised and designed the entire Tech Infrastructure and Setup the Product/Technology vertical at CEGIS (Incl CTO/Advisors hiring)4. Worked across multiple projects spanning Rural Development, Nutrition, Agriculture and Product.

Key roles : Business and Product 1. Helped build the World's first Smart Addressing project impacting 45 Million people across 112 cities and 13,000 villages with the AP state Government. Lost it all post 2019 AP Elections. (4 Million+ Homes in India till date have QR code enabled metal Smart Address Boards on their doors through which service requests can be enabled) 2. Won key partnerships with Startups like Uber, Ola, Zoomcar, Stanplus, Delhivery etc and also pilots with established players like Bluedart, EComExpress 3. Conceptualised and built multiple different MVP products in 6 different Industries Logistics (Routing to SaaS play to Last mile), Healthcare (Access to Dispatch to Fulfilment support), Mobility (Access and Fulfilment support), QSR (Placement and Fulfilment), E-Commerce (Checkout, Routing and Fulfilment), Postal Department (Routing, Dispatch and Fulfilment) 4. Owned multiple multi million dollar accounts with 4 Indian State Govts - AP, Kerala, West Bengal and Madhya Pradesh and won key pilots and contracts with 0 prior govt experience. Proudest Achievement here - Broke the price ceiling of <1dollar per house and got it 3 dollars per house and won a Million Dollar contract in a record 70 days Creating a brand new Digital Public Good and building a business ecosystem around it has been one of the most challenging and fun gigs of my career.

Zippr is helping solve address and location problems. - Spearheading all business fronts for Zippr - Build CXO level relationships with companies that are or can be strategic partners for Zippr- Explore, identify and evaluate key strategic growth opportunities - Zippr has bagged partnerships with food retail giants like Dominos India and Pizza Hut India

- B2B IT Sales - Handled a team for 4 territory sales managers and a market of 60lakhs

Ehospi was a pre-launch Healthtech startup focussing on IT solutions and a price comparison portal for diagnostics centres. Played a minor role here with the founder before it got shelved.
