He has worked on the design and management of a wide variety of projects from RRR to reconstruction as well as major design-build projects such as I-4 Ultimate. He is an expert in 3D Infrastructure Design/ Delivery and is a member/adviser of the FDOT – ACEC Statewide 3D Task Team and FDOT CADD – Consultant Technical Advisory Committee, helping FDOT achieve their mission of high-quality design through 3D Implementation and Next Generation Plans Delivery. He is also an ACEC FDOT Connect Instructor and does workshops on courses like 3D Design and Modeling, Digital delivery and Review, Bentley OpenRoads Technology, etc. throughout Florida. He has a master’s degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa, FL. Tej enjoys sharing his expertise and mentoring younger engineers. He is the President of FES Miami Chapter and helps in serving the local community and promoting the importance of engineering profession through events and scholarships.
