Well over thousand hours of sessions, under regular monthly supervision and personal work. Worked with individual clients, across all ages but focussing on young adults. Previously worked in the software industry. Undertook a lot of self -work and personal reflection over the decades. Eventually trained as an Integrative Humanistic Counsellor, with a heavy focus on practical client work, under supervision.
