EVage Motors is a leading company in the electric vehicle industry, where I work as a Lead Engineer. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the environment.As a Lead Engineer, I oversee the design and development of multiple EV models, from concept to prototype, using CAD and FEA tools and following design standards and best practices. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. I have also led and participated in various projects and competitions related to automotive engineering, such as the UPES SAE Collegiate Club and the Team Dirt Marshall, where I honed my leadership and teamwork skills.I hold a BTech in Automotive Design Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, where I gained hands-on experience and knowledge in various aspects of automotive engineering, such as aerodynamics, dynamics, mechanics, and materials. I also learned how to apply critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to complex engineering challenges. My goal is to continue learning and growing as an engineer and a leader, and to contribute to the advancement and transformation of the EV industry.
