I have been working in this organization from its establishment i.e. 1993 with full dedication. I have been working in different position under various programs and projects implemented by RDSC.− Team Leader/Regional Coordinator (Far Western Development Region), September 2007 to August 2008, and May 2011 to now RDSC/ Regional Renewable Energy Service Centre, Regional Coordinator (FWDR, Nepal).− Manager cum Coordinator (Overall), FROM September 2008 to April 2011 in RDSC, Overall responsible for coordinating and networking build up with GO, I/NGOs, donors, line agencies and relevant stakeholders; Guide and mobilize the subordinate staff to achieve the organizational goal; Management and prepare work/action plans of the projects; Maintain up to date records and information of ongoing and completed projects; Maintain and strengthen RDSC Central, Regional and Contact Office, − Consulting Researcher, February 2010 to November 2010, in RDSC (VDC Level Research and Profile Preparation of Bajura District),
