As a central technical laboratory assistant, I support all the groups involved in the project KFO by observing, controlling, and giving the mice therapy for experiments in the animal hall. In addition, I do documentation, dissect the mice, and perform ultrasound examinations. I also prepare histological sections from the mouse tissue and perform HE and IF stainings for different groups.
