As Head of Treasury Operations for the Company, my main functions involve:- Ensuring that the Company has sufficient funds through fund-raising that is aligned with Globe strategy- Supervising day-to-day operations of cash management (i.e., cash planning, pooling, settlements) and dealer order management (i.e., fulfillment of Globe dealer orders)- Analyzing and recommending most appropriate Treasury Management policies to the Board of Directors (and other sub-committees) - Analyzing, supporting and enabling the development of treasury management infrastructure (i.e., automation of processes through systems integration) to improve efficiency and process optimization- Analyzing and recommending various financing solutions for the Company, including structured finance and other non-conventional solutions

As Head of Financial Planning and Investor Relations, my main functions were:- Led valuation and analysis for potential mergers and acquisitions of the Company. Most notable of these were Globe's acquisition of Bayan Telecommunications, Inc. and Globe's joint acquisition (with PLDT) of the telecom assets of San Miguel Corp.- Analyzed and provided multi-year forecasts of the Company for various audiences and purposes, most of important of which was to scope out the Company's multi-year strategy- Provided market and company insights to the investor community through roadshows and equity conferences- Supported other ad hoc initiatives of senior management
