I Tekalign Solomon, working now in a position of Human Resources Coordinator at Ohio State Global One Health initiative (GOHi) Ethiopia Addis Ababa Office, and worked at International Medical Corps as Senior HR/Admin Officer from May 4,2021 up to sept 14, 2023 which is the same position and has almost matching duties and responsibilities.I have an MBA in Human Resource Management graduated from Hawassa university on April 19 , 2022, MA in Counselling psychology and BA degree in Educational Planning and Management from Dilla university on July 17/2013, beside these I’ve been working with different Non-Governmental Organization on diverse positions which gave me full of experience in HR & Administration duties like HR/Admin Officer, HR Manager and HR Assistant at Yirgalem Construction in Hawassa , Save the Children International at Hawassa and Bale Robe field office, Gambelia Field Office and Now I am working at The Ohio State University Ohio State Global One Health LLC Addis Ababa offices respectively. During this work period I have gained excellent technical skills, problem solving practice, coordinating and supervising skills, and staff management skills, strategic planning experience, extensive knowledge of computer software (access, excel, word,), and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. I think with these pre-listed skills and HR related Experience i will be fit at any HR Managerial, Consultancy, and Coordinator positions.
