I have more than 18 years of experience in the IT world. The last 9 years I have worked as a consultant with Yazaki North American. I was the lone IT representative for our HR/Payroll/Finance groups. During that time, I ran more than 10 projects, many of which were integrating 3rd party applications into YNA’s legacy applications. For these projects, I ran the full IT life cycle from gathering user requirements, meeting with vendors, analysis, design, documentation, user buy-in, development, testing, user approval, training, implementation, and change management.I was trained in Rational Unified Process. We used much of the documentation, risk analysis and mitigation, and milestones in our projects.
