I am an aspiring sailor and an active network engineer! In 2015 I moved into the world of network engineering and I can say that it has never been boring. I have deployed and supported many Meraki solutions, and I am FortiNet certified with NSE4, NSE5, and NSE7 certifications. To work in this industry requires constant study and a love of technology!As my children became adults and remote work became a reality for many, I challenged myself personally to take a leap to pursue my own dreams - living on and sailing my boat while also keeping up with my career choices. In 2021, I moved to Key West, FL and the dream keeps on evolving. Someday, I'd love to sail the "FortiBoat" sailing vessel! I'm so thankful for my opportunity to pursue my dreams personally and professionally, to feel appreciated by my employer, to provide value to an organization, and to love my life!

These include DSL, Cable, T1, T3, satellite and more. We work with broadband and cellular providers in the event of a problem, and we troubleshoot the connections with each location if they drop offline. In addition to network connections, we monitor heating/air units, digital signage, and public wifi traffic, etc... We open tickets internally and with broadband service providers as needed for locations across the United States. We also handle installation and turn up of new services for our clients, including the deployment of Cisco routers and switches at each location.
