Administered training and support to end users and oversaw the creation of data and reporting products.Select Achievements:I was brought into the City of Camden during a hiring freeze by then COO Primas and his Chief of Staff to head up an Enterprise Information System initiative that would enable better oversight and control of operations and costs. The desired system would integrate existing data and information systems into a central repository to provide a single version of the truth under one pane of glass for analysis and reporting. Within a few months of my coming on board, the COO and Chief of Staff abruptly left and I was faced with reestablishing the program and its momentum under the newly appointed leadership. This being accomplished the program quickly grew to have an increasing impact on the level and quality of City's operations expanding into Police, Fire, and Public Works which maintained separate facilities and operations.
