In 2019 the role that I had been acting in since 2012 was made a full time position. I was promoted to that role and transitioned out of the Support Team day to day operations.• Designs, builds, configures, troubleshoots, and integrates new and existing servers to the local and cloud Netalytics environment.• Loads software patches and hardware patches which provides upgrades, fixes, and enhancements to the local and Azure server environment.• Manages DUO MFA, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, Exchange, Office 365, and other Windows Server functionality related to the environment.• Designs, configures, troubleshoots, and deploys routers, switches, VOIP, VPN, and wireless access points. • Creates and maintains enforceable security policies and supporting processes with approval from the Executive team.• Provide vision and strategies necessary to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Netalytics resources by communicating risk to the Executive Team.• Coordinate with outside vendors to mitigate risk via security audits and recommendations.• Must document all Systems Administrator’s processes, tasks, policies, procedures, etc..• Tasked with cutting cost as it pertains to all Netalytics systems, servers, networks, etc..

• Leads a team of 13 for providing first- and second-level support to over 600 opioid addiction medical facilities and acted as a point of escalation to senior management • Architected and implemented an improved network infrastructure to meet the growing company’s needs• Administers switches, firewalls, access points, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines, Microsoft SQL Servers, VPN configurations, Microsoft Bitlocker Management, and client workstations• Bolstered security by hardening insecure configurations and correcting procedural deficiencies• Performed a network migration between physical locations during the company’s move to a new facility• Migrated from Server 2003 to Server 2016 to maintain vendor support and leverage new technologies• Increased efficiency for internal and customer-facing operations to cut costs and improve customer service
