Current• Supervise, train, and develop preppers, scanner, indexers, reviewer, and quality control employees for project-based jobs on established business rules. Audit completed work to ensure instructions are followed accurately.• Created and implemented Standardized Operating Procedures for all positions. • Maintain and develop tracking reports for employee attendance, client inventory, and necessary warehouse supplies.• Complete daily tracking reports for exceptions, billable images, and forecasting revenue/profitability to ensure our project is meeting its proforma targets. • Client focused, respond immediately and accurately to client’s needs and requirements.
