Contracted under S2F Global Resources to provide Instrumentation & Electrical Control Systems Commissioning and Start-up services to major O&G producers.As an integral part of Pembina’s Commissioning & Start-up Unit, I have had the opportunity to participate in multiple CAPEX projects throughout Western Canada. Projects included;Resthaven Deep Cut Facility, Musreau 2 Shallow Cut Facility, Saturn 2 Shallow Cut Facility, Musreau 3 Shallow Cut Facility, multiple phase at the Duvernay Facility and the Horizon Pipeline expansion. This role has provided a magnitude of experience in leadership, project management, commissioning & start-up procedures, document handling, project completion and technical abilities. Along with exceptional knowledge on de-ethanizer, de-propanizer, de-methonizer towers, turbo expanders, electric and gas powered compressors, line heaters, emergency systems, product storage, VFD controlled pumps, flow and process control.As Instrumentation & Electrical CSU Specialist, my project task included:- Project preparation, planning and management;- FAT and SAT Testing;- Participation and development of commissioning software, procedures and standards;- Create E/I commissioning procedures and documentation;- Instrumentation Commissioning Lead;- Direct management of project vendors;- Work alongside Construction Groups, programmers, Engineers and stake holders in resolving project RFI’s and MOC’s;- Wet & Dry Commissioning activities;- Field Commissioning, loop checking, final inspection and documentation of all project I/O;- Commissioning of safety systems;- Active role in mechanical commissioning;- Organize and assist in Control Narrative Testing;- Organize and assist in Shutdown Key, and Control System testing;- Start-up & post commissioning support; and - Compile turn over package, project completion and client handover.

Contracted in time of high demand to fill a key role at Intricate Group, Measurement and regulatory division. As a diversified member to the team, I was able to provide technical, professional and industry knowledge back to the group, while strengthening ties within their clients in Calgary and around Alberta. Key responsibility within this role included • Understanding and practical knowledge around Federal and Provincial Regulations and Directives.Related directives but not limited to; o Directive 017, o Directive 060, o Directive 076, o Manual 016, and o Manual 011Time spent working under directed responsibilities, I successfully applied to the AER, on clients behalf to obtain approval on declinations changes for new production wells. In addition, I was tasked with multiple, third party EPAP evaluations, providing clients valuable feedback in their operational themes and control, along with submissions to Pretronix. This role also allowed me to work directly with oil and gas producing companies, providing full Measurement Reviews, Gap Analysis, FFV consulting and Meter Proving Audits. Working directly with clients provided me the opportunity to fully deliver my experience and practical knowledge. In addition, this role provided great opportunity for technical writing opportunities. I have provided written pieces on, Metering technology, Why Measurement Reviews, FFV initiatives and few more. This role has exponentially increased my overall of knowledge of the midstream Oil and Gas industry as it relates to hydrocarbon measurement.

As a subcontractor to Independent Electric & Control, I have acquired the position of Instrumentation shift Lead for Cenovus Energy. I am currently supervising the instrumentation construction and pre-commitioning of SAGD Foster Creek plant expansion phase F.My work discription includes • Delicate and oversee work performed.• Training of apprentices and new workers. • Implement safety programs and practices.• Site construction, calibrations, pre-commissioning and loop checking of instrumentation Installations.

As an employee of Control Tech USA, I acquired the position of Senior Journeyman Instrument Technician. • Assisted in opeing of new branch, customer and public relations and also obtaining vendors.• Delegate and organize work load for US operations.• Lead of Electrical and Instrumentation installation / commissioning of well site and Gas facilities for Talisman Energy USA.• Regular Preventive maintenance and calibrations on various Instruments and Analyzers.• Installation and wiring of RTU panels, including PLC programming, network setup and communications.• Regular maintenance on gas compressors. This includes all maintenance on Electrical and Instrumentation, Program changes and Tuning. • Orifice meter calibrations, Ultrasonic meter inspections. • Repair and troubleshoot burner management systems.

As an employee of Control Tech, I acquired a position of field technician. • Trouble shoot various different radio and communication problems in field locations. Including flow computers and PLC's; ( SCADA SYSTEMS, FISHER ROC, ZED I, ALLEN BRADLEY PLC, etc. • Scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs on all types on compressors. • Maintain, repair and trouble shoot lineheaters and burner management systems.• Tune controllers and control loops for optimal operation.• Maintained equipment in various different oil and gas fields for various energy companies in northern Alberta. • Construction of multiple well sites and oil and gas facilities according to PID's drawings. Assembled turn over packages including ABSA reports, red line drawings, material listings, calibration reports and commissioning documents.• Completed scheduled preventive maintenance and calibrations at Encana Hythe sour gas plant. Acquired some DCS training and knowledge.• Preformed multiple plant and site turnarounds. • Extensive Knowledge in in oil and gas process facilities.• Worked in instrument shop.• Calibrated test gauges, pressure recorders and temperature recorders.• Repaired all types of valves.• Repaired all types of pumps.• Learned the essential skills of the trade.
