Thomas Kurek has designed, implemented, or managed 18 enterprise information systems, including four for MYnstrel Inc., a corporation that he founded and built from the ground up. His other technologies were commissioned by the State Department, global hospitality and tourism, ecommerce, healthcare, state government, FBI, and Department of Defense. As a biomechanics researcher, he produced prototypes for (1) improving the material properties of bioprosthetic heart valves, and (2) sports medicine (compensatory mechanism diagnostics and correction). He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering Physics (ESM) with a concentration in Biomechanics over the course of 154 credit hours, from Virginia Tech – a program tied with Stanford. Programming, researching liberal arts, and gainfully employed since age 15, he is also skilled in persuasive, expository, and descriptive non-fiction writing, entrepreneurship, leadership, philosophy, and cultural commerce and strategy. He founded a think tank for economic and sociological analysis based upon a novel epistemological framework called Alvarism. Serving as Chief Information Officer for Triangle Experience Group, he is accelerating their technology capability.
