John HaydeAs an innovator & software architect, Mr. Hayde has created several "industry firsts" and has authored and secured several patents in the security and Internet marketplace. Mr.Hayde is a partner at PEAK Ventures, LLC an investment management consulting firm and is currently a Managing Partner at TEKWave Solutions, LLC and CareValidate Inc. TEKWave is focused on gated properties in the commercial, industrial & logistics marketplace. Creator of the ALLBox, TEKWave is first to market with a Self-Service programmable access control kiosk for Remote Guarding. Prior to TEKWave, Mr. Hayde was the President & CEO of Single Access Lock, Inc., developer of the world’s first WIFI Lock and "emergency lock down" system. The company provides real-time remote management, alerts/activity reporting and control of building security via the Internet and Satellite networks. He spearheaded the relationships with industry leaders, including ultimately the sale of the company to ASSA ABLOY, the world’s largest lock group. Prior to SALOCK, Mr. Hayde was an Executive Vice President and co-founder of Thoughtmill Corp., an e-business engineering firm, where he helped launch over 100 new technology start-ups. The list included Wall Street Journal named most successful IPO’s of 1998, ISSX & DLCK. From 1997 through 2001, Thoughtmill was acquired by ASC in Dec 2001. Mr. Hayde previously held executive positions with Xircom and Digital Communications Associates (DCA) in Cincinnati, New York and Atlanta. Hayde is a graduate of Miami University, in Business and Marketing & postgraduate honorary from Law’s Hall & Associates, an International program at Regents College, London, England.
