The result: Phase One of the project was successfully kicked off and positioned for phase two discovery.Led business transformation discovery for 3 data centers to locate and migrate 4500+ servers for Kaiser Permanente, San Francisco. The result: Identified significant gaps in infrastructure during the analysis that were included in the business transformation wave planning. Senior Project / Program Manager Successfully led a database migration team for the State of Georgia - Department of Revenue to move their data center to a new location using only portable SAN Disk Arrays. All migration goals and objectives were met and the project was delivered 22 hours early. The result: IBM Strategic Outsourcing division was commended by the CIO of the State of Georgia for our success given the logistic obstacles the project presented.Directed a project team for database migrations for the Federal Reserve Bank where 23 Oracle databases were migrated from Sun Solaris to IBM pSeries AIX Systems.
