Telecom Implementation Manager • Planning and allocating RFI Colo and FTK sites for different Subcontractors based on their contract frame with CEG and team Capacity/availability • Following PR, PO & DN status for RFI sites before outbound • Pushing subcontractor teams for Tl material Outbound, MOS, Installation Start, Installation Complete, Alignment, Integration, QC, Handover & on-air progress • Strictly following the progress of Telecom end to end including site sign and site verify progress • Tracking the progress milestone by milestone for each product such as WL, PW, MW, WDM & IP • Controlling and managing Huawei site engineers • Managing subcontractors • Reporting the overall progress and issues of each site • Supporting SBC teams for any issue during project deliveryTelecom Site Engineer • Handling WL, MW, IP and power equipment installation and commission, Wireless BBU commission by WDT and Web LMT, MW commission by WDT and Web LCT, DG commission, Net Eco integration, Mw alignment follow up, Site supervision, Survey and planning. • Site supervision; checking weather all installation is done based on design (LLD) and method of procedure (MOP/SOP); supporting and guiding subcontractor teams for LLD, MOP & LB issues; assuring the quality of Wireless, Power, Microwave, DWDM and IP installation; RTN configuration; BBU commissioning; Alarm clearance (ie.
