TelecomsT provides new and ongoing telephone system training, support and development to end users, contact centre staff and engineers. Our training sessions educate businesses on the telephone services, equipment and associated products supplied by the telecoms provider.Our aim is to get every employee to use their new telephone system effectively. We supply planned training sessions, to incorporate new skills producing training needs analysis, creating user guides, leave behinds, training presentations and quick guides. We set up demonstrations and meetings with potential customers. Our sessions included training 1-2-1, within small groups, classroom style, stage sets, roadshows, conferences and training videos.
