About Sudhir Agarwal
Born in 1970 in the state of Punjab, I grew up in NCR for majority of my career. Studied in Kendriya Vidyalaya Faridabad and graduated in 1991 from NIT Kurukshetra (erstwhile REC). Honestly had no idea why I selected and got into engineering and within it electrical engineering a little beyond my comfort zone. May be the 12th standard scoring system in those days had landed me into not so bad reputed engineering college. Anyways I became an ambitious engineer and grew up on my skills rising through the corporate ladder without much of a snake bites. It took me almost a decade into corporate world mostly telecom sector when the first mutiny took place inside the limited space within brain. I suddenly wanted to call my life in corporate quits and wanted to do my own stuff. Still the more logical side of my grey matter kept me stuck to corporate for another decade enabling me getting into a better and just enough financial standing. The logical side finally gave away and I was liberated. The monetary shackles of high corporate life had kept me prisoner all this while. Spent some memorable years with my mother during her last years. I will aways the regret that my earlier engagement to corporate before had denied me spending the same quality time with my father. Opened my own takeaway joint which had stood at the top of my bucket list. It turned to be unsuccessful venture but felt proud to have ticked my bucket list.Along the way I found a quick connection with training young blood looking for directions in their own careers. Being talkative I had found my purpose as a motivational communicator. Have spent 1L+ training hours and motivational talks. Occasional cycling and running have kept me inspired and eased my entrepreneurial journey. Corona years post 2020 opened another stream for staying on course. Self study and support from Abhishek my former colleague propelled me into financial markets and unleashed the financial manager within me. Now I am a committed stock and financial market trader cum investor capable of beating inflation along side motivational speaker. I have a sweet wife Rashmee and son Aditya who have stood by my all crests and troughs of life. Rashmee is an awesome artist along her homemaker side.
