My primary duties include overseeing all real estate transactions, supervising agents and ensuring compliance with state and local realty laws and regulations. I am responsible for recruiting, training, and managing our collaborators and offer them the necessary support and guidance to achieve their sales goals. I also monitor performance and conduct regular appraisals to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing exceptional service to our clients. As a managing broker, I handle all the administrative tasks of the business, including budgeting, payroll, and record keeping. I am also in charge of marketing and advertising our listings, negotiating contracts, liaising with clients, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during transactions.In addition to these duties, I stay updated on the latest industry trends and market conditions to provide accurate property valuations and advice to clients. I also maintain a strong network of contacts with other professionals in the field, such as lawyers, contractors, and appraisers, to facilitate transactions and offer a comprehensive service to our clients.Lastly, as the face of the agency, I uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity, and ensure we deliver a superior level of service that sets us apart from our competitors.
