As a managing broker, I handle all the administrative tasks of the business, including budgeting, payroll, and record keeping. I am also in charge of marketing and advertising our listings, negotiating contracts, liaising with clients, and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during transactions.In addition to these duties, I stay updated on the latest industry trends and market conditions to provide accurate property valuations and advice to clients.
