Prioritizing maintaining fan loyalty, branding accuracy, and creating memorable experience between Fanatics and its fans. Communication to these fans is not limited to English.Constantly exceeding NPS goals set by Superiors not only as an individual but as a team for Fanatics. Establishing a consistent, clear, and grammatically accurate voice for Fanatics sports themes by using appropriate lingo, hashtags, and any other applicable modes of communication -including using non-copy communication. Also, adapting to different tones and voices as necessary to keep up with the ever-changing fan base and to quickly be able to talk with all different types of fans.
