My primary responsibilities include managing staff and projects, providing design services, and mentoring a support team that include a mix of office and field activities, that will consist of preparing estimates and proposals; concept planning; designing site plans; preparing grading and drainage analysis, stormwater management, and erosion and sedimentation control design plans/reports; conducting progress inspections; and providing state and local permitting support.

Lead Civil Engineer for the newly formed CVR Engineering, duties include performing detailed civil site design, permitting and stormwater management in support of power delivery design projects along with collaborating and managing sub consultants on projects when necessary and developing strong working relationships with field personnel who are performing the construction work. Project Management which includes estimating and scheduling of daily workload. Creating estimates and proposals for multiple small to mid-size site projects in the construction of underground utilities. Coordinated with local DPW’s, town officials and utility companies to complete work for expansions as well as emergency water main breaks and electrical issues.

Built and reorganized E&S/Construction Plan Templates for various clients based on specifications for oil & gas operations in Central Pennsylvania.
