Responsible to the Manufacturing Manager, the role comprises of ensuring the efficient running of all Production Lines under my control, involving delivering on KPI's such as safety, OEE, RFT, Labour efficiencey and Food Safety, other duties include sickness/absence management and also leading improvement initiatives.

Responsible to the Cookie factory leader for running of all machinery within the Cookie Production Unit, I have been responsible for conducting process training for other Cookie personnel as well as using my skills to help resolve production problems with the Engineering Department whilst it is also the Grade 3s responsibility to support and lead by example in implementing continuous improvement activities, such as waste reduction, 5’s and SOPs.
