Implementation of innovation processes and programs; Connection with various agents such as accelerators, startups, venture capital funds, technology parks, large technology companies, associations, government and universities to promote the innovation ecosystem. Responsible for SEED – Startup Acceleration Program, HUB-MG, open innovation program that connects challenges from companies to startups, drafting public policies to support innovation and funding notices – Compete Minas.

Invited professor, working with classes and didactic publications related to public policies to support innovation, elaboration of innovation projects focused on fundraising. She has worked as a public policy researcher in support of Innovation in a project called "From Mines to the World and the World to Mines", conducting public policy research in several countries.

- Development of Financial Planning Projects involving the evaluation of the organizations' internal operations and processes, diagnoses of the economic and financial situation, control routines and procedures, financial planning systems, evaluation of results arising from operational activities, evaluation of the administration policy of working capital, contract analysis, debt renegotiations, economic-financial feasibility studies for companies and for the S System and cooperation with the IDB, management information systems, company training and resource feasibility studies with institutions financial, preparation of business plans, modeling and analysis of mergers and acquisitions, valuation, scenario simulations.- Organizational Restructuring and Planning Strategies involving organizational diagnoses, organizational charts, description of competencies, technical and managerial professional profiles, strategic planning guidelines, managerial and team development, restructuring and management of the business process, rationalization of reports, documents and flows of work, implementation of strategic projects to reduce costs and optimize investment
