•Direct report to the General Manager, managing a team in a national level composed by 22 members with 2 main Supervisors.•Operations Management (O&G, Liner, Tankers, Tramp) for the different agencies at national level •General coordination on all Temporary Importations, regarding all type of vessels (Tugs, Rigs, Barges, FPSO) hired to Oil and Gas operations in Angola.•National Ships Agent for UAL (Universal African Lines)-liner Vessels-•Control of the Demurrage process regarding all the units entered in Angola•Manage all Freight collection, BL Validation and billing process to all clients•Managing a team of 3 elements (national level) responsible for Procurement and Purchasing on all clients requests (local and international market) related mostly with technical requirements for vessels operating in Oil & Gas market.•Management of the Customer portfolio, monitoring the profitability / maintain Quality of service.•Directly responsible for the achievement of goals related to the budget, gross profit margin, costs, responsible for billing process on all Ships Agency activities•Develop and coordinate regular activities to search new business, participating on several global company Tenders, schedule meetings with prospects, proposing them mutual partnership.

Luanda

•Reporting directly to the Managing Director, team composed by 18 elements with 3 Supervisors•Responsible for all operations, regarding Ships Agency (Tugs, Tramps, Rigs, Barges, Tankers and Liners)and Cabotage Cargo, (between all Angolan ports), for our major customers on three (3) provinces (Cabinda, Soyo and Luanda) •Managing Husbandry local Teams: Crew Changes, Visa Extensions. Meet & Greet at the Airport, Pickups, and coordination on all the flight tickets for our major customers (Central Desk located in Luanda).•Country wide coordination on Temporary Importations, regarding all type of vessels (Tugs, Rigs Barges) hired to Oil and Gas operations into Angola; by leading and ensuring a smooth process in coordination with Angolan Maritime Authorities and Importers.•Direct contact with all Authorities, providing to our clients constant updates on Maritime and Custom Laws related with shipping daily activities.•Control and manage of entire invoicing process (Head office) by supervise pre-defined KPI´s, operation files, leading local teams on a daily basis.•Develop and coordinate regular activities in order to search new business, participating on several global company bids, schedule meetings with prospects, proposing them mutual partnership.

Luanda-Boavista

•Reporting directly to Luanda Bussiness Unit Manager, team composed by 9 elements, with 1 Supervisor.•Manage and supervise all, Luanda operation regarding Ships Agency Services (Tugs, tramps, Rigs, Barges, Tankers and Liners)•National Ships Agent for UAL (Universal African Lines)-liner Vessels-•Control of the Demurrage process regarding all the units entered in Angola; ensure proper reporting, issue monthly invoices for all clients after the free time. Ensure that all units are returned in due time to origin , avoiding fines to importers •Manage and supervise all Luanda Exports, control on all the administrative and operational process until the cargo is delivered on the Point of destinations; •Coordination of Angola Temporary Importation regarding all type of vessels (Tugs, Rigs Barges) hired to Oil and Gas operations; by leading and ensuring a smooth process in coordination with Angolan Maritime Authorities and clients•Control of all operation files and invoicing process, leading and manage actions on a timely manner under pre-defined timeframe, for complete and efficient billing process.

Luanda-Angola

•Operational report to the Club Director, and organizational to the Club Chain Fitness Coordinator, located in Portugal.• Management of a national team of 15 employees, coordination of group classes and personalized training.• Regular execution of different group classes (Spinning, Posture and Stretching, Body Vive, TRX) as well as personalized training for various clients.• Coordination and management of the sales team, responsible for prospecting and recruiting new customers.• Support and continuous training to the Trainers team, through the organization of several workshops in the different technical areas, emotional intelligence and customer retention.• Monthly management and salary processing of the entire team as per attendance chart review.• Responsible for the search and purchase of various technical material, material, with a view to improving the conditions offered by the gym.• Preparation and regular review of the previously established business plan, in order to achieve the pre-established objectives of the company.• Responsible for business development, with the objective of verifying the viability of opening new clubs by the country.
