I highlight my extensive experience in the manufacture of molds for injection molding of plastic parts in the automotive sector.As a PMO (Project Management Office), I was responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards within the organization, ensuring quality and efficiency through the implementation of best practices and effective communication strategies.In the role of Project Manager, I led teams to successfully deliver projects within established timelines and budgets. My leadership skills allowed me to effectively coordinate team efforts and manage stakeholder expectations, resulting in the successful completion of numerous projects, including complex molds for plastic injection.As a Production Manager, I supervised daily production operations, setting and achieving production goals, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, with a particular focus on the manufacture of high-precision molds for the automotive industry.My experience in Planning further honed my skills in setting goals, managing deadlines, anticipating problems, and implementing solutions.
