Built this company from the ground up starting out with an idea for business-class phone service over the internet and providing all the equipment needed with no out of pocket cost. Took the company from a startup with zero cash-flow to 27 Million in annual revenue. Designed, built and managed a Tier4 datacenter with geo-redundant locations. As the operating officer I was responsible for the company’s day-to-day operating activities of the corporation and enhancing the internal organization process. Accountable for Information Technology solutions, compensation plan strategies with resellers, supply chain management, inventory control, warehousing solutions, project management and international project coordination for our Fortune 50 clients. In addition, responsibilities include revenue and sales growth, expense, cost and margin control; and monthly, quarterly and annual financial goal management. I also participated in the strategic and operational processes of the business organization as a member of the senior management team. Established and lead the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures, operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, coordinating the evaluation, deployment, management of current and future processes or systems.

Turnaround - brought the ISP to the black from 2 Million in negative annual cashflow. Successfully executed a complete makeover in all business units.

Pioneered and launched a cloud based application hosting company. Served as a R&D company and built the foundational technology for VoiceWave to be successful. Partnered with Parallels Software (SW Soft) to build a fully automated online subscription management system that would integrate with Windows application hosting and Exchange Server hosting. Fully executed virtual instances of Microsoft Windows Terminal Services along with automated software on demand. Participated as one of the first Microsoft Partners to benefit from Service Provider Licensing which provided a substantial savings and ensured compliancy.

Developed a wireless communications branch selling digital TDMA phones & Service for AT&T Wireless. Penetrated the market and up-sold the existing Apple Computer client base. In the first quarter, my newly developed team had sales exceeding all other AT&T Wireless corporate stores and resellers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market. This lateral product offering allowed the store to significantly increase profits and become disruptive to competing stores in the area.
