Mr. Leis comes from a broad background of consulting and systems integration work for major integration providers. His experience covers all aspects of the design/build process; requirements analysis, RFP development/response, solution development, estimation, planning and permitting, staging, deployment, earned value project management, cutover, testing, system acceptance and service management. Mr. Leis’ primary responsibilities consistently focus on the design, configuration, implementation, optimization and project management of information technologies including voice, data and video networks, both wired and wireless, on an enterprise scale.Mr. Leis carries 30+ years of experience spanning wireless and wired LAN/MAN/WAN design and project management, RF engineering, technical software development, and senior IT management for various organizations. Presently a Senior Principal IT Systems Engineer, providing project management support for the Environmental Protection Agency End Users Services (EPA ESSET) contract related to service, operations and business management initiatives. Previous projects have involved national IP infrastructure deployment of both data and voice/radio over IP facilities to include site development and construction in remote areas requiring specialized construction and management.
