I oversee and manage the overall success of the branch office. Maintain a strong client focus while driving employee engagement in a rapidly changing, competitive market. Responsibilities include directing, planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling business activities and functions to achieve revenue goals and objectives. Effectively utilize Manpower to increase business, manage workload and job costs, and achieve production and margin objectives. Promote client satisfaction through high quality service, and safety and continuous improvement through training.
