Tendai is the Founder and Director of Research Development at Kindry, a subsidiary of Natures Comfort; a Zimbabwe based entity looking to reduce community carbon footprints at individual level through the introduction of biodegradable, reusable and plastic free hygiene products. Extensive experience in Independent Power Producer licensing in the Renewable Energy sector, specifically Solar Photovoltaic Power Plants, in Zimbabwe. Focused on Organisational Communication, with in the fields of Community Development, Renewable Energy and Environmental Management. Founder of Sikhangele Grace Trust, a no-profit organisation whose main aim is to help the less privileged individuals diagnosed with cancer and providing basic needs to orphanages and schools in dilapidated conditions in Zimbabwe.Tendai's main interests lie in Community Development in relation to women in development, Strategic Management. Environmental Sustainability and Conservation; Corporate Social Responsibility and Health Communication.She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science and is currently completing her Master of Business Administration with the University of South Wales.
