About Thomas Mccabe

Over 25 years’ experience in public and privately held companies. Corporate leadership roles include Board Member, CFO, General Manager, Senior Vice President, Vice President of Administration, Vice President Information Technology, Manufacturing Manager and Controller. Experience in a variety of industries. I have experience in administrative support system implementation and business process improvement, acquisition & divestitures, ERP system implementation and implementation of LEAN/Continuous Improvement concepts. My educational background includes a BS in Math/Business from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of Florida. I am currently the Vice President of Finance for TPM in Greenville SC. Just starting this part of my journey, I am focused on financial and accounting oversight for the $40 Million revenue company with 5 revenue verticals. Before TPM I served as Chief Financial Officer for Integrated Biometrics, a $40+ mm revenue, multi-national company providing differentiated hardware to the biometrics identity space. Prior to joining Integrated Biometrics in mid-2017, I directed McCabe Resource Group focused on providing C-level guidance, support and services to startup, early-stage, scaling and small/medium sized companies, focusing primarily on CFO related activities. I have also provided M&A and investment evaluation services to VC and PE investors, support for acquisition execution and assorted project and interim C-level support.
