Maintain Cisco switch infrastructure, Microsoft Window servers, VMWare, NetApp and help desk. Redesigned network infrastructure, virtualized server environment to VMWare, and outsourced email and phone system.Operate Lakeshore Internet, serving over 2,800 apartments, Radisson Blu, and other retail customers. Maintain, monitor and upgrade infrastructure, and provide help desk support for residents and retail customers. Redesigned network to highly available infrastructure with multiple Palo Alto firewalls and Internet providers. Lakeshore Internet also provides consulting services, help desk, and infrastructure support to 8 high-rise apartment buildings. Support includes day to day IT support for building staff, infrastructure, business center security and audio-visual systems.Design network infrastructure for new construction. Work with architects and development teams during the design process on low voltage layout, predictive heat map and WIFI design, security and audio-visual layout. The buildings network encompasses management and leasing offices, business center, copiers, WIFI amenities floors, security cameras, HID and MIWA keycard access and audio-visual systems. Source vendors for infrastructure install and work with contractors to coordinate and assist with implementation on site.
