• Conduct initial review of Master Batch Record for Quality Assurance Floor Initiative• Ensure all steps of process were performed as per Master Batch Record• Collect samples of solids and liquids following associated protocols.• Work closely with Research and Development (R&D) and Validation Departments.• Ensure that all manufacturing operations are completed in full compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and properly documenting activities following current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations.• Ensure necessary security of controlled substances per Federal guidelines. • Conduct cleaning and clean checks on manufacturing equipment and rooms between campaigns following Quality and cGMP standards.• Ability to set up, operate and clean manufacturing equipment. • Experience with Fluid Bed Processors, Spir-a-Flow’s, peristaltic pumps, and glove box containment systems. • Use of Mettler analyzers, sampling compaction units and analytical balances, and floor scales. • Work in non- potent and potent areas, including cytotoxic materials. • Knowledge of LIM’s, Oracle, and SAP systems.• Exercise LEAN manufacturing concepts and principles to minimize waste.

• Assemble and braze HVAC Vertical Aeromix Coil, Plate Fin Type W Coil, and Transformer Oil Cooler for a variety of industries including industrial HVAC, Fossil Fuel power generation and nuclear power generation• Completing the coil assembly by adding necessary return bends, headers, and other parts as appropriate • Braze joints to ensure air-tight connections• Following blueprints for circuits and performing bend set-up and assembly • Inspect products for quality and accuracy at completion
