Business Analyst
Current* Collaborate with the implementation partner to gather requirements for NetSuite ERP implementation, manage vendor relationships, and support seamless migration from SAP B1.* Conduct in-depth business process reviews with stakeholders to design and optimize end-to-end workflows for the new ERP system.* Translate business needs into detailed solution designs, working closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.* Develop and manage UAT test cases, analyze results, and resolve issues with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.* Align user requirements with system capabilities, recommending enhancements and improvements to optimize functionality and user experience.* Facilitate training and create documentation to support the smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
