Over the past years, I have been successfully working for international organizations, state and local authorities, I have established contacts and experience of cooperation and negotiation with representatives of all levels of state, institutions, organizations, including those with foreign companies. Over the past five years, my responsibilities have included coordinating the efforts of the organization and solving all emerging problems in the process of implementing projects. Developed documents on strategic development and implementation of the organization's goals, regulations and instructions, supervised analysis and monitoring, preparation of reports to donors (programmatic and financial). Directly supervised the implementation of successful projects for the construction, reconstruction and commissioning of a school, kindergarten, FAPs, water supply systems in cities and villages, a bridge, computer classes and the provision of baby food in rural schools, including the development and conduct of many trainings on social mobilization , social partnership, departments of social projects, brochures and leaflets on health, hygiene and protection of children's rights have been developed. Also, in partnership with donors, grants were implemented to create "Family and Child Centers" in the city of Osh, Jalal-Abad and the village.
