Personal brand statement: I am passionate about knowledge sharing and expanding my skills to grow personally while benefitting others and the organization. I break barriers to resisting change. I am a great change agent and brand ambassador once you have my loyalty and trust. My leadership style is servant and transformational. A philosophy of mine is that retention can be vastly improved with improved safety measures in warehouses or manufacturing plants, work life balance for all, and office workers who can experience job enlargement and rotation. That builds an employees skills, but also provides back up support for those who take PTO. Bid idea: If an employee appears disengaged, under performing at meeting goals, inquiring what will challenge and excite them prior to discipline would be great. The employee might just need an internal transfer or given a special project and some additional recognition. No need to push our employees out the door. Lets talk first !
