I'm responsible for advising and overseeing the activities of the chess team, developing opportunities for all students interested in the game of chess, creating criteria for selection of students who will compete in conference competition, supervising the chess team activities, determining role and selection of team leaders, establishing team goals and plan for chess preparation and competition, promoting and monitoring the goals, planning and coordinating all team practices and competitions, and encouraging students to participate in tournaments. excellent organizational abilities, working relationships with students, parents, and staff, communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

I also collects, cleans, analyzes, and interprets data to extract valuable insights and by the end of the day, I use the data collected for evaluation and Report which are used to make business decisions, improve marketing strategies, and solve problems.
