I was given the opportunity to communicate directly with the guests at the reception, after which I slowly began to learn how to help the guests in any case and how to satisfy their requests, needs, etc. Working at the front desk taught me multitasking,time management, and making decisions on my own, which gave me a deeper insight into the hotel industry. I learned correct and timely communication with guests, which ultimately gave me a lot of experience. Working here allows me to develop day by day.

My first job and first steps in the hospitality industry were at the Hotel Dreamland Oasis. I started working as a call center operator. The hotel gave me a chance to learn about the hotel industry, hospitality, customer service, etc. After 2 months, I got promoted to front desk receptionist.
