He has over 5 years of Fintech and Banking experience with vast knowledge and multifaceted skills in Sales operations and relationships management in the financial services industry.Prior to Accion MFB, Tochukwu was a Customer Service Officer in Access bank Plc after he had gone round all the units of branch operations which includes customer service, funds transfer, cash and teller management. He also served at various times as E-Channels Champion at retail operation Service of Access bank in various units like Document control, Account opening, Cheque management and Service deliverables. He is skilled in several process improvements on and off the system, initiatives and policy formations that can brought up significant turnaround time in service delivery. Tochukwu has attended several training and development courses which are not limited to Customer Experience, Sales and Marketing, Banking Operations, Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Leadership, Anti-Money Laundry & Combating Terrorism, Quality assurance, Finance for non-finance managers, Enterprenuership and many others and he is passionate at continually being the best version of himself and this he does as the opportunity avails itself.Easy going by nature and able to get along with both colleagues and senior managers.
