At 17 years old I started my first job at EB Games as a Casual Sales Associate, learning the basics customer service skills. Within a year I was trusted with opening and closing the store and overtime banking. After 3 years I progressed into an Assistant Manager position where I developed people leadership, delegation and prioritisation skills. after 2+ years is a leadership roles, I applied for a general picking and packing gig to move into a different industry. I progressed quickly to 2IC by July and then to Supervisor by October. The company boomed in sales by over the next 3 years and I decided to step into an Artisan Sales/Gas trade counter position later in 2021.At the back end of 2021 I began a small hobby business making knife handles and jewellery, so decided to step into a less stressful role as a Trade Counterhand and Delivery Driver through Reece Plumbing.
