We offer end-to-end Change Management and advisory services.It has been a natural progression for Seven Consulting to expand its service offering to include Change Management as projects inevitably create organisational change, and this change needs to be directed as carefully and proactively as any part of the build and release cycle if benefits are to be realised and – just as importantly – sustained. Strong Change Management is critical to achieve project benefits.Our Change Management team operates from Sydney and Melbourne with a mix of junior to senior talent with a solid history of delivering complex change ranging from a large to small scale. A 40-year-old boutique consultancy focused on change management, organisational development, business diagnostics and psychometric assessments.I undertook multiple engagements, including a cultural change program, a hybrid-working team building program, and a leadership development program to name a few.In under two years, I led a rebranding of the firm, introduced new consulting services, and led the most profitable first quarter the company had in its history.

In this start-up SaaS business, I looked at customer experience (CX) and the flow of customers in and out from acquisition to retention. Together with the founder, I defined the growth plan, coordinated and executed growth programs and optimised the potential revenue streams.I adapted our strategy quickly to respond to market changes and focused on domestic growth resulting in 184% increase of app users.

Leading a team of 45 across the Business Bank Transformation ($150 MIL investment in 2019) with national responsibility for our Digital, Product, Service, Platform and Operating Model transformations. Running a change management strategy that drives the right customer experience outcomes and adoption.

Executed the $20 MIL Merchants Transformation Program, a complex multi-brand and multi-segment effort to decrease customer attrition and increase sales in Payments. Led team of 6 Change Managers with a budget of $1.32 MIL.Built relationships across Westpac, St George, Bank of Melbourne, BankSA and BT Financial across all sales distribution channels (from Institutional to Retail), Group Services, Group Operations and Genpact, Customer Contact Centres, Customer Relations and Employee Relations. The Program also included multiple third parties: VeriFone, Global Blue, UnionPay International, Telstra, the Financial Services Union and Direct Alliance.

Capital Insight provides project management and advisory services. As a member of the advisory team, I led change management, organisational development, talent management, communications and strategic planning projects for internal and external clients. Sample achievements include:• Led business development through tender submissions, which resulted in the company tripling its new work won 18 months.• Planned and delivered the Change Management Program for the $250 million Orange Hospital and Associated Health Services Public Private Partnership (PPP). Implemented Phases 1 and 2 of the Change Program over two years, with an effective handover to the Local Health District for completion of the transformation and decanting across the units.

Employee turnover decreased by 15%, and employee satisfaction increased by 38%. This resulted in Bainbridge receiving the 8th Annual “Best Place to Work in San Diego” Award.𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆Brainard Strategy is a HR management consulting firm, specialising in executive coaching, strategy and leadership.• Analysed employees’ skills for an organisation-wide talent management and succession planning project. Performed job analyses and competency profiling for job descriptions of executive management positions to help the client hire the best candidates for specific roles as well decrease turnover in those positions.𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲The Learning Engine specialises in online, classroom and blended HR training workshops.• Advised the CEO on the company’s Strategic Plan to acquire larger clients from Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties.
