Point of contact for CERN at the Oracle VM Customer Advisory Committee;- Set the direction for the support infrastructure needed to run CERN database and middleware services, via the definition of best practices according to departmental and industry standards, the harmonisation of the efforts ongoing within the team and the facilitation of the communication between different teams;- Support to developers of Administrative Information Services, addressing specific needs at the system level and managing the middleware layer.
