Based in Bangalore, India, I bring extensive experience across the Middle East, Caribbean, and South and Southeast Asia. As the Founder of Project Kal, I lead efforts to promote gender equality by engaging men as allies in fostering diversity and inclusion. Our clients include leading international schools, Fortune 500 companies and global and local NGOs.I am also Co-Founder of GoodCamp, a retreat for creatives and creators in Croatia. Created by entrepreneurs with a deep understanding of the creative process, GoodCamp combines our expertise in community building with the natural beauty of Croatia to craft a unique experience for participants. Whether through immersive workshops, networking events, or intentional downtime, GoodCamp is designed to fuel both personal and professional growth and help participants build authentic, global careers.
