Retiring US Army Reserve Officer who served in both active & inactive duty in intelligence, training, operations, architecture, acquisition, and cybersecurity roles. Most recent experience includes:- As the commander of a 180 Soldier Interrogation Battalion (with $25M of equipment), conducted increasingly integrated training with Military Police to demonstrate the ability to deploy into theater of war, establish a Theater (or Joint) Interrogation Facility within a Theater Detention Facility, and answer the Corps Commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements through interrogation & debriefing operations (as well as supporting counterintelligence, all-source, document & media exploitation, and signals intelligence)- Integrated joint military doctrine, information technology concepts, NIST risk management framework, and Bayesian probabilistic statistics to develop the first-ever concept for a holistic, automated, quantitative risk assessment capability about the entire DOD Information Network. This white paper was widely circulated across the DOD's information offices for implementation.- Developed and tested new concepts of employment for cybersecurity incident response and cooperation across state governments, their National Guard cyber forces, the Department of Homeland Security, and global combatant commands. Cyber 9-Line is an interagency, intergovernmental, international process and platform that exchanges non-DOD cyber threat information for DOD reachback capabilities to increase whole-of-government collaboration in defending the Nation against foreign cyber attacks.- Managed the implementation of intelligence architecture to support 12 nations participating in NATO's Enhanced Forward Projection to counter Russian aggression in the Baltics.- Established an intelligence analysis “brain” comprising 63 Soldiers to provide reach-back analysis for a USEUCOM problem set. This was the first time this organization was fully functional in three years.

Developed more pragmatic ISR Cycle, with real vignettes, simulation videos, and practical exercises to help Brigade Combat Teams and other units employ the Joint ISR enterprise when deployed to a counterinsurgency operational environment.
