• Responsible for supporting the HR department with administrative tasks, onboarding, recruitment, and the employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities
• Supporting the recruitment process by liaising with candidates and managers, arranging interviews, processing psychometric assessments, executing pre-employment checks and assisting with verbal offers when needed.
• Attending recruitment fairs and events in the local Edinburgh area.
• Maintenance of personal and HR mailboxes.
• Managing the onboarding process by presenting HR inductions to new starts, scheduling new start training, filing sensitive new start documents, and creating new start packs.
• Supporting the employee lifecycle from an administrative angle, such as through the drafting of contracts and changes in job titles, taking meeting minutes and supporting investigations.
