In this role, I kick started and led the technical efforts of Notable's population health business. By the end my time at Notable, we have multiple customers with millions of dollars ARR, making pop health the fastest growing business within Notable. In recognition of my role in developing Pop health, I was awarded the Founder's Award (the most prestigious award at Notable) in January 2023.

In this role, I led new machine learning product developments at Notable. Types of projects I worked on includes: - audio processing for medical note dictation. - visual semantic parser for computer screenshots to provide structured content for downstream automation- relevant text extraction from medical notes to enhance patient care standard and insurance collectionNotable impacts of these projects are:- Delivery of a real-time medical notes dictation product (95%+ accuracy) in 2019. This helped reinvent our entire product offering and transformed our business model on the cost side.- Delivery of a framework for our internal robotic process automation (RPA). This helped eliminate the roadblock for scaling up our integration based on RPA.- Delivery of the first medical document extraction engine to help find relevant information from past medical notes. This helped us to quickly establish ourselves as a reliable partner in the fast-growing Value-Based Care scene.

• Designed and implemented a block version Page Rank algorithm in Java• Ranked 600,000+ nodes with over 2 million edges using Amazon Elastic Map Reduce

• Collected public data on Github and ranked 3 million developers based on their project participation• Designed and implemented a recommender which has been put into production• Experimented various machine learning methods including clustering, SVM and statistics based models
