About Tenia Ebert

I have been working in insurance for over 25 years. I love the chance to find patterns for denials and how to correct those issues. I love watching AR days decrease.My goal is to have the cleanest process by working thru entire process.I work hard to help my team be successful. By having a team that is invested they will strive to identify and look to solve denial issues. I believe in working as hard the first of the month as the end of the month. This helps eliminate the month end stress. I have successfully worked with Montana Medicaid on a systems issue they had and by doing so was able to successfully reduce several AR days. As well as finding patterns and opportunities to reduce AR at my other facilities.I previously supervised the Credentialing staff and helped with credentialing for several facilities.I have worked very hard and I am ready to move to the next step in my career.
