My background is in Business, Yoga, Pilates and Women's Health, in which I have been teaching and educating for the past 13 years. I have managed and run my own Wellness Studio and have a strong association with many others within Natural therapies, Health and Fitness. I am also a Birth Doula and love supporting, nurturing and empowering women through out their pregnancy, birth and beyond. I am extremely passionate about working with women in fertility and pregnancy (pre & Post-natal). This is one of the reasons why I now also work for Safe Obstetric Systems. We are a women's health company dedicated to designing and developing products (Fetal Pillow) to improve Maternal and Fetal outcomes in emergency obstetrics. Our aim is to reduce risk associated with childbirth for mother and baby and to make childbirth a better experience for the mother.My major achievements are several business awards, a Fertility Book, several Pilates and Yoga videos and having a healthy and positive effect on women's lives every day.
